Chat Games

Chat Moderators (CM)/ Chat Hosts (CH) play a selection of chat games in the chat room throughout the day. “Chat Games” are games that you can play during bingo to win extra cash. They are fun and “free” to play! They give you more chances to win bonus cash and meet other players.

Our CMs/ CHs will introduce the games in the chat room so simply follow their instructions to find out how to play and win.

The CMs/ CHs decide which games to play and when. They ensure all chat games are played fairly and there is no discrimination.

Remember that our Chat Moderator’s/ Chat Host's decision on the outcome of a chat game is, at all times, final!

Winnings from chat games played will be credited within 24 hours to your account by the Chat Moderator/ Chat Host.

These Terms & Conditions apply to this “Chat Game” promotion (“the Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Promotional Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE & HERE.

 

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

  1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily from 01.11.2022 until further notice. (the “Promotional Period”). 

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

  1. This Promotion is available to customers of www.foxybingo.com (the “Website”) who:
  • are over 18 years old
  • are located in the UK
  • have a verified Website account that is eligible to receive Bingo Bonuses and Free Bingo Tickets; and
  • do not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.
    (together an “Eligible Player”). 

HOW TO CLAIM THE PROMOTION

  1. To participate in this Promotion each Eligible Player must enter the Bingo chat room during the Promotional Period and be inside the Bingo chat room when the Chat Game starts.
  2. Chat Games will play at random days/times during the Promotional Period.
  3. To participate, Eligible Players must have purchased least 1 Bingo ticket for the Bingo Game taking place during the Chat Game.
  4. The number of winning positions and the specific Chat Game rules will be announced by the Chat Host prior to the Chat Game starting.
  5. The Chat Host will announce what reward the Chat Game will be played for. Rewards include Bingo Bonus and Free Bingo Tickets.
  6. Eligible Players can win up to a maximum of 6 Chat Games within a 24-hour period.

BINGO BONUS SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Bingo Bonus awarded to winners of the Chat Games (the “Bonus”) will have a value of £0.50 and will be credited by 18:00 the day after the Chat Game has taken place.
  2. The Bonus can only be used on Bingo games and is non-withdrawable.
  3. Bonuses will be valid for 72 hours from the day of credit.After 72 hours they will expire and will not be re-issued.
  4. Any winnings from the Bonus will be credited to the Eligible Player’s account in cash. There are no wagering requirements attached to the winnings obtained from the Bonus.

FREE BINGO TICKET SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Eligible Players who have won Free Bingo Tickets after participating in a Chat game will be credited 100 (one hundred) Free Bingo Tickets by 18:00 the day after the Chat Game has taken place.
  2. The Free Bingo Tickets are valued between £0.01 and £0.10 and can only be used on Bingo games whose tickets cost between £0.01 and £0.10.
  3. The Free Bingo Tickets are non-withdrawable.
  4. The Free Bingo Tickets will be valid for 72 hours from the day of credit.After 72 hours they will expire and will not be re-issued.
  5. Any winnings from the Free Bingo Tickets will be credited to the Eligible Player’s account in cash. There are no wagering requirements to the winnings obtained from the Free Bingo Tickets.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

  1. This promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
  2. The Promoter may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
  3. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Website promotion.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict an Eligible Player’s access to any Bonus Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
  5. The Promoter is aware that some links to our Welcome Offer Promotions may be posted on other sites or through forums or the information that the potential customer received may have been forwarded on to other persons who didn't receive the genuine Welcome Offer Promotions from us. If we determine, acting reasonably, that you did NOT receive this promotion as an intended exclusive targeted recipient, the Promoter will not honour this Welcome Offer.

In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
